Vishal Gupta- CEO

Vishal has a perfect combination of business Acumen and IT skills. He has won wide acclaim at many national and international IT Symposia and has also has been involved with various BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) activities in his last assignment. Vishal's vision, disciplined approach, encouraging leadership and dynamic mindset are a constant source of inspiration and motivation for his peers and subordinates in DelhiCall Centers. A visionary of the new convergence age, Vishal has the perfect blend of IT skills and business acumen. 

He provides DelhiCall with dynamic leadership, strategic direction and planning, which are of immense value not only to DelhiCall, but also its partners.

Manan Chopra- President

Manan’s core competencies include business development, operations management, human resources, systems development and facilities administration.  

His business development strategies have been a key factor in growing DelhiCall’s operations by more than 500% in just three short years, landing accounts with VIPtel, TrendWest and T-Mobile, to name just a few.

Manan provides DelhiCall with proven management, strategic planning, marketing and financial analysis capabilities.  Through his innovative approach to branding, sales and alliance marketing, Manan has developed a robust business model and a cost effective sales channel strategy, providing DelhiCall with a considerable competitive advantage, evidenced by the strong, profitable growth the Company has enjoyed over recent years.

Manan's contributions have been particularly notable in the areas of sales, systems development and channel management, learned over a sales management career in India and overseas.

 Marc Bishop VP Operations

With over twenty years in the telemarketing industry, Marc’s background includes Client Services, Sales and Operations.  Marc specializes in program design, implementation, performance optimisation, and client liaison and operations management. 

Marc implemented and managed business for organisations such as The San Francisco Chronicle, Great Expectations and ValueStar.   He has a high degree of experience working with both B2B and B2C contact centre projects. Marc’s role at DelhiCall is to ensure that client projects are aligned and managed to within the program guidelines and optimised to enhance performance.

 

Advisory board

Mr. Abhimanyu Jain : Mr Jain is a professional with experience comprised of a unique blend of technological and quality assurance assignments. During his long tenure with technology companies Mr.Jain worked with IBM, IBM WTC, CMC, STG, CES and BARC, and he has also served the Ministry of Defense of India. Mr.Jain made significant contributions to the organizations he worked with and helped them to improve their quality of operations and services. More than fourteen companies have obtained ISO 9000 certification under his guidance and half a dozen more are in the process. An electronics engineer by training, Mr. Jain is a Certified Quality Analyst from QAI-USA and an STQC Certified SEI-CMM Professional. He has assisted Delhi Call Centers to develop its quality policies and manuals and has been further instrumental in implementing and auditing the same. Under his guidance DelhiCall is in the process of attaining ISO 9001 compliance.

Mr. Varun Varma : Mr.Varma is the president of Webyarn Technologies and is a new age entrepreneur who only has one thing on his mind - Technology. Apart from heading the execution of numerous web-related projects, he has worked as a consultant with organizations such as Modi-Xerox, World Health Organization and World Quality Council. While working as a consultant to numerous concerns he helped them identify and implement the right web-technologies to realize their business objectives. He possesses keen interest in academics and training and has served as visiting faculty at training institutes such as MHS, DPS, SPV, Delhi University and IIT Kharagpur. Mr. Varma helped DelhiCall develop strategies for using Web Enabled Services and to provide better service to its clients.
