Present Vaccancy
AGENTS
You should be a graduate or the equivalent with at least a year of experience in the customer service, call centers or telemarketing industry. The applicant should have excellent English-speaking skills, a keen interest in the Internet and strong working knowledge of computers. Candidates must be equally proficient in both written and spoken English. Relevant experience will be an advantage. Exceptional fresh graduates may also apply.
SUPERVISORS
You should be a graduate or above with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers or telemarketing industry. You should be target oriented, self- driven and motivated. The applicant would be required to Ensure quality reporting and work with Operations Manager to build highly effective measurement and reward systems. The candidate has to drive the team to achieve requisite quality and productivity standards. He/She would be required to periodically interact with the middle and senior management of our client companies. You should be good in content delivery, communication and presentation. You should be flexible enough to work in shifts.
